Voting at the AGM is available to all ratepayers upon presentation of a form of identification, such as a City of Calgary business tax notice. Ratepayers may appoint a proxyholder to attend and act at the ratepayers’ meeting in the manner and to the extent authorized and with the authority conferred by the proxy.
