Calgary Civic Symphony’s 50th Anniversary Season starts with a full circle, welcoming home world-renowned cellist Luka Coetzee. Once one of our “Rising Stars” as a young 12 year old prodigy in 2014, Luka returns as an international star to perform Elgar’s Cello Concerto. Paired with Brahms’ monumental Symphony No. 1 and the world-premiere of a work by Alberta composer, John Estacio, commissioned in honour of The Civic’s 50th anniversary, this performance will set a brilliant tone for a landmark season.

Underground parking is available in the Werklund Centre Parkade. Enter between 9th and 8th Avenues SE from the far-left lane of Northbound Macleod Trail. If the Arts Commons Parkade is full, City Hall Parkade is a good alternative and it's connected by +15 walkway.
