Welcome to historical Stephen Avenue Walk, in the heart of Downtown Calgary.

Stephen Avenue Walk is situated along 8 Ave SW (Stephen Avenue) and spans from 1 St SE to 4 St SW. It is home to:

• 5,000 to 10,000 people per hour in peak times
• Live performances, buskers, music, festivals, artists and culture galore
• Nine major shopping centres/department stores
• Downtown's retro cinemas
• Some of Calgary's finest restaurants, pubs, cafés and bars
• An eclectic mix of boutiques and galleries

Stephen Avenue Walk is managed daily from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm by the Calgary Downtown Association on behalf of the City of Calgary.

NEW Green Market coming this Summer -

Every Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm, Stephen Avenue Walk will be the location for a new green market starting on June 11, 2009 and running until the end of August.  Come out and be a part of the market in a prime pedestrian location, with live music and entertainment.  To participate please fill out the Green Market Vendor Form and fax it to (403) 265-1932.
